Baking and packaging: Orders are typically baked and packed the same day, then shipped the next day. Each cookie is individually sealed in a cellophane bag and placed in a sticker-sealed box. That box is packed inside a shipping box with crinkle paper for extra protection in transit.

Freshness and storage: Each cookie remains fresh for up to 7 days if stored in a sealed container, at room temperature. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
